Introduction - Help Me!

Have you ever thought what it would be like to live without music?

"A great song lifts your heart, warms your soul and makes you feel good."

You only have to read the Youtube comments for Rock n Roll songs to realise our love and affinity for this music and the artists from this era:

* Memories are all I have to cling to (from Things, Bobby Darin)

* The purest vocals of all time. Amazing Everly’s. (Everly Brothers - Cathy's Clown)

* OMG! this is just such a GREAT song, can remember dancing with my first boyfriend to this, oh! oh! happy days. (Cathy's Clown)

* Their harmonies bring me to tears, it's so beautiful. A perfect match. (Cathy's Clown)

* Oh my !! Louise Canty, where are you today ? I was so in love with her and the song was so very true but I wouldn't trade those memories for the world . and I'd so love to see her today . (Del Shannon - Little Town Flirt)

* Back when they didn't lip-sync or autotune during a performance. Mr. Dion you are one of the best artist out there. I may be 13 but dang music from the mid 20th century is the best. (Dion - Runaround Sue)

* Now this is what you call real music, I'd give anything to be sat back in the day listening to this (Dion - Runaround Sue)

* Just have to listen to Roy today. Any day. Everyday? Love you Roy, this recording is pure gold (Roy Orbisson - Blue Bayou)

* Such a terrifically talented man, composer, and singer of some of the best songs ever composed. His voice contained such a deep and compelling sound that you truly believed any mood he wanted you to by just hearing it. (Blue Bayou)

* Why am I crying? Old songs like these are so beautiful. (The Ronnettes - Be My Baby)

* I was blessed to be raised in the ‘50’s and ‘60’s. Loved the cars, the songs and the fabulous times. (Be My Baby)

* Two minutes, forty two seconds of pure bliss. (Be My Baby, The Ronnettes)

* I am sitting here, 70 freaking years old, tired, sad, no one to love me, and when I listen to this....all the energy comes back, the hope we had as youth, only happy thoughts, music really can lighten your spirits!!!! (The Shirelles - Will You Love Me Tomorrow)

* Thank God for the 50s and early 60s.

* My mom used to sing this to me when I was a child before bed time... Those memories. (Will You Love Me Tomorrow)

* This was my dad's favorite song. He passed away 2 days ago. I needed to give this another listen in order to have a good cry. (The Walker Brothers - Unchained Melody)

We all want to return to our youth and music brings back those memories and helps us do just that as these quotes and thousands more on Youtube attest!

This is why I think a movie highlighting this music era (1955-1963) would be a worldwide hit. Most of these artists are now gone from our lives but original clips survive and I will bring them back to life thru this movie as a movie concert experience renewing our vigor for life and arousing the good feelings that memories of past lives and loves bring us.

You have seen and read about the success of Jersey Boys the movie, grossing $77 million worldwide in ticket and DVD sales. The Jersey Boys stage play has grossed an incredible $1.6 billion worldwide. A Rock n Roll stage play can also be produced.

Bohemian Rhapsody, the movie about Freddy Mercury and Queen that has raked in $903.7 million in box office sales and Rocket Man about Elton John grossing $195 million worldwide.

Woodstock the movie, cost $600,000 to produce and grossed $50 million with a further $22 million in video sales to 2019.

The hit TV series Happy Days about life in the 1950's/60's ran for 10 years from 1974 to 1984 with 255 episodes showing our love for this period in our lives.

These multi million dollar grossing productions are an indication of the success that could be expected not only with film ticket sales for a Rock n Roll movie but CD and DVD sales also. A stage play and further movies on our music history are envisioned if this movie is a success.

So what I am proposing is the first movie to be based on the singers and groups from the Rock n Roll era (1955-1963) using original footage of these artists and editing it into a movie with dialogue and other original footage and photographs highlighting this era and the artists.

I have already produced the movie and the four CD set but tweaking of the video and music to produce a brilliant concert experience at the cinema is required. The manufacturing of CD's, the establishment and payment of royalties and the worldwide distribution and promotion of the movie have to be sorted of course.

The movie will need post production polishing of the video and music or a studio that can handle the lot thru to distribution and advertising. I have produced the complete movie in MP4 format that can be loaded to a USB and sent to anyone.

I need your help! I again emphasize, Bohemian Rhapsody grossed $903.7 million and Jersey Boys the stage play grossed $1.6 billion!!!!!!! This production can be a movie and a theatre experience.

I hope you can help me with any contacts you may have or influence, so that my movie is not just a dream.
